Secret Foods to Fast Track Burning Fat

You are probably reading this to find a quick start to your fat burning process, and hope to get a good kick-start to really make a difference in your weight loss plan.  Here are some great ways to start your weight loss off right!

Drink lots and lots of water

I know you have heard this before, but you need to flush out chemicals and preservatives that may be lurking in your stored fat reserves.  If you can do this one thing, you are going to have great success. Be sure to try to drink around 64 ounces of water a day.  You are going to need to remove any sodas from your diet too, and substitute water for all that pop.  If you need a boost, drink a cup of tea, and try to add some lemon to your water.  The point of this exercise is to remove toxins!

Use coconut oil for your cooking oil

You might need to visit a health food store to find this solid oil.  It is an easily digestible oil, and will be much better for you than any canola oil, or corn or soybean oil.  If you are gently sauteing veggies, use a great fresh herb mix, and your coconut oil to really get you a great taste.  Add a fresh tomato at the very end, and serve it with your already cooked freshly prepared protein, like chicken, salmon, tuna steak lightly seared, and stay away from any chemicals and preservatives!

Stay away, run away from whole grains

Why are they doing this to you, telling you that the whole grain effort will be the answer?  It is only making you fat!  Stop buying into this silly train of thought, and only buy breads that are fresh, made of sprouted grains, rice, spelt,millet, or quinoa.  Look for frozen happy breads that have no preservatives, and that can be quickly toasted to rock your diet!

Snack on raw fruits and nuts

You are going to need to snack-have some ready when you are hungry.  You should eat when you are hungry.  Stay away from all sugars and starches, and do not lose your way with any processed foods, chemicals or preservatives.  I need you to also only eat RAW nuts.  Not roasted, as they are chemically changed, and will not provide the positive change you require for your first few days on this method.

Keep yourself motivated, and stay positive.  Do not lose your way, and keep going.  Eat one ingredient items.  Buy your food each day at the health food store.  Eat some fruit that is in season.  Cut up veggies and eat them with a hard boiled organic egg.  Stay away from all chemicals and preservatives.

Your liver will take some time to clean out your body of all the crap and gunk, so be patient.  Learn to relax, you have finally found the solution!
